Fees

Participation in all scientific sessions is free of charge. The optional conference package, which includes access to a workshop (first come, first served), lunch, a Göttingen city tour (first come, first served), the conference party, and a goodie bag, will be charged with 45€.

Deadlines for Horizons 2026

  • Registration (with Conference Package) will start 1st of April 2026 and end 31st of July 2026.
  • Registration (without Conference Package) will start 1st of April 2026 and end 15th of August 2026.
  • Application for travel grant (submission of poster abstract + motivational statement) and awarded student talk (abstract submission) until 15th of June 2026.
  • Poster Abstract Submission until 29th of June 2026.
  • Application for Poster-Pitch Talk until 29th of June 2026
