Fees

Participation in all scientific sessions is free of charge. The optional conference package, which includes access to workshops (allocated on a first come, first served basis), lunch, a city tour (first come, first served), the conference party, and a goodie bag, will be charged with 30€.

Deadlines for Horizons 2025

• Registration until 15th August 2025.

• Poster Abstract Submission until 31st July 2025.

• Application for travel grant (submission of poster abstract + motivational statement) and awarded student talk (abstract submission) until 16th June 2025.
