MPI-NAT has set itself the goal of implementing the Max Planck Society's principles of gender equality at all levels in order to ensure an optimal working atmosphere and to enable the development of the full potential of all employees. Equal opportunity officers advise the institute on general equal opportunity issues and assist in the development and implementation of the equal opportunity plan.
We are also happy to provide confidential one-on-one advice on the topics of gender equality and work-life balance. We offer workshops on a regular basis.
