Science at the Göttinger Literaturherbst
Since 2007, the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry together with the Max Planck Institutes for Dynamics and Self-Organization, for Solar System Research, and for the Study of Religious and Ethnic Diversity as well as the Göttingen Literaturherbst GmbH and the Göttingen State and University Library have been organizing the scientific lecture series Wissenschaft beim Göttinger Literaturherbst. In exciting evening lectures, renowned scientists will present their latest research results and discuss current topics.
Since 2014, the Science Communication Medal has been awarded annually to a scientist who has made a special effort to present scientific research results to a broad public in an understandable manner.
Venue of all lectures is the Paulinerkirche in Göttingen. The lectures start at 7 pm.
You will find the program of the upcoming lecture series here in August 2020.
