High Resolution 3D Label-Free Imaging
In this seminar Tomocube (https://tomocube.com) will present their HT-X1 Plus system and the underlying technology.
The system combines Holotomography (HT), a 3D label free imaging technique, and spinning disk confocal. HT is a gentle imaging technique, where the tissue is illuminated with very low power visible light at various illumination angles. Similar to standard phase contrast, HT uses the intrinsic differences in refractive index (RI) as contrast method. The system is best suited for gentle long term imaging of different samples from cell to whole organisms (see also https://tomocube.com/applications).
