Marina Bennati

Marina Bennati studied chemistry at the University of Münster and obtained her Ph.D. in physics from the University of Stuttgart in 1995. After a research stay at the University of Budapest, Hungary, in the Department of Theoretical Chemistry, she joined the MIT/Harvard Center for Magnetic Resonance in Cambridge, USA, where she worked as a DFG postdoctoral fellow and research scientist until 2001. From 2001 to 2006, she conducted research at the University of Frankfurt in the group of Prof. Thomas F. Prisner and completed her habilitation in physical chemistry in 2006. Since 2007, Marina Bennati has been leading the independent research group "Electron paramagnetic resonance" at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry.
