The 20th Horizons in Molecular Biology Symposium, organized by the students of IMPRS of Molecular Biology, starts with the Career Fair where job perspectives are presented to attendees by speakers with diverse career paths. Furthermore, there are workshops on skills important for jobs inside and outside of academic science and the job finding process. The following days, the plenary lectures start where speakers from around the world present their research. The symposium also offers its attendees with several poster sessions where young researchers present their work, a panel discussion where students and speakers share their thoughts about an important topic in science, and several social events for networking with peers.
