Dirk Görlich

Born on October 18, 1966 in Halle/Saale. Study of biochemistry (1985), doctorate with Tom A. Rapoport (Berlin-Buch), postdoc with R.A. Laskey, Cambridge/UK (1993-1995), research group leader and Professor of Molecular Biology at the ZMBH (Heidelberg), Director and Scientific Member at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry (since 2005).
