Automated Microscope Biotek Lionheart FX equipped with dry air objectives 4x, 20x and 40x. It has incubator with CO2 controller, sample injection system and is able to read fluorescence in CFP, YFP, RFP, Texas Red, Cy5 and Cy7 channels. All transparent bottom multi-well plates (up to 96) are compatible with this instrument.
Agilent Infinity II LC-MS system equipped with absorbance, fluorescence and mass spectrometric detectors. Used for the analysis of fluorescently labeled biomolecules.
Agilent 1260 Infinity II preparative liquid chromatography system with absorbance detector and automated fraction collector. The set of preparative column allows purification up to 30 mg scale.
Bio-rad CFX96 Touch Real-Time PCR system equipped with 5 channel detection allows precise quantification of DNA concentration and gene expression testing in 96-well format.
Optical genome mapping Saphyr system from Bionano Genomics. It detects structural genome variations ranging from 500 bp to megabase pairs in length. It could be used for de novo genome assembly when complemented with the sequencing data. Chips and DNA labeling kits can be purchased from Bionano Genomics or obtained from our group if urgently needed.
