#Wormwednesday by Tobias Boothe: >300 aligned slices from a Cura pinguis hatchling. Recorded with our brand new Olympus VS200 slide scanner. The rigid transformation alignment was done with the Fiji plugin StackReg (Thèvenaz et al, IEEE Transactions on Image processing 1998).
