Program

The Horizons of Molecular Biology Symposium is four days long. Traditionally, it starts with the Career Fair, where job perspectives are presented by speakers with diverse career paths. Furthermore, there are workshops on skills important for jobs inside and outside of academic science and the job finding process. The following days, the plenary lectures start, in which speakers from all around the world present their research.

Registration open during the conference, starting at:

  • Monday: 9:00 am

  • Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00 am

Social Events

  • Beer at Bar Celona: Monday, Sep 8th, 8 pm

  • City tours: Monday, Sep 8th - only for package holders and invited guests based on a first‑come, first‑served basis due to limited availability

  • Conference Dinner at Deutsches Theater: Wednesday, Sep 10th, 8 pm - only for package holders and invited guests

  • Happy Hour at Faßberg Campus: Thursday, Sep 11th, 6:00 pm
