Main Focus

My work aims to increase our understanding of the MHC-I antigen presentation pathway and to model it. I will focus on quantitative and statistical approaches. The critical ingredient for such methods is a large high-quality dataset. Hence, my first project is focused on the quantification of mass spectrometry data – a way to generate a suitable dataset.
