Sarah Mae Penir

Sarah obtained her BSc and MSc in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2013 and 2018, respectively. During her MSc, she worked as a research assistant for various projects involving next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics at the Philippine Genome Center. She joined Melina's lab in 2019 to carry out single-cell studies on mammalian ovaries.
