Adeeba earned her BSc in Biotechnology from BRAC University in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where she also worked as a research assistant studying unique bacterial multi-resistant patterns in the environment. In September 2022, she joined the IMPRS Molecular Biology MSc/PhD program in Göttingen, completing her master’s thesis at the Institute for Cellular and Molecular Immunology under Dr. Michael Engelke. Her research focused on factors regulating the trafficking of phase-separated signaling droplets. Fascinated by the complexities of cellular processes, Adeeba is now pursuing her PhD in the Schuh Lab, studying ovulation in murine follicles.
