LacZ-staining on a frontal brain section of a NEX-CRE*LoxP-LacZ-indicator mouse

Frontal cerebral section of a double transgenic NEX-Cre*LacZ-indicator mouse at the age of 55 days. LacZ staining corresponds exactely to the known expression domains of the NEX gene like hippocampus and neocortex.
