Main Focus

I am interested in integration of transcriptomic and proteomic data for T-cell immune epitope discovery.

Cells present information to immune system with short MHC-I peptides - what kind of information can be communicated in 9 letters?

In order to understand origins of MHC-I peptides I develop methods for discovery of canonical, cryptic and spliced peptides in proteogenomic framework. These methods are applied for cancer and aging research in order to establish a practice for making good choices for immune epitope selection.
