Bruker will present the Vutara VXL single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) system and discuss the sample preparation for the upcoming demo. Compared to the traditional TIRF/HiLo approach where 3D SMLM is limited to a few um, the biplane technology used by Vutara allows 3D SMLM deep in the sample (> 50 um).
