Main Focus
My projects in the Quantitative and Systems Biology team focus on multiomics analysis of effects of proteasome subtypes in recombinant expression systems and thymic epithelial cells. I’m especially interested in proteasome subtype expression and co-expression in different omics layers, and cellular outcomes of that in terms of transcriptional regulation, protein processing and generation of peptides presented on MHC class I molecules.
