MPI-NAT Seminar: Mechanism of chromatin assembly during DNA replication
During each cell cycle, cells must faithfully replicate their genome, and readily re-establish its organization into chromatin. How nascent DNA strands are assembled into chromatin remains unclear. Our lab uses a combination of in vitro biochemical reconstitutions, structural biology and cell-based studies, to understand the mechanisms that control chromatin assembly during DNA replication, and study their cellular function
