The ZEISS lattice lightsheet provides key features for long-term high-resolution live-cell imaging using fluorescent probes.
The microscope allows for fast and gentle multi-color volumetric imaging , reaches near isotropic XYZ resolution (~ 250 nm) ,
has a mounting compatible with conventional glass bottom dishes, and an incubation chamber for temperature and gas control.
The online seminar is a preparation for the instrument demo from the 15.06 - 26.06.2022.
