The research group for Magnetic Resonance Signal Enhancement (Dr. Stefan Glöggler) invites applications for a
Postdoctoral Fellow (f/m/d)
- Physicist or Physical Chemist in Magnetic Resonance -
We are looking for a highly motivated postdoc who is interest in the field of spin physics and hyperpolarization. We have recently discovered interesting spin effects in iron-based complexes (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.05.10.540199v1) upon interaction with para-hydrogen and are planning to gain deeper insights into mechanisms that play a role during the hydrogen activation.
The candidate should have a strong background in physics or physical chemistry or related disciplines and experience in nuclear magnetic resonance and spin physics.
Postdoc candidates hold a PhD degree in physics or physical chemistry or related disciplines. The initial appointment for Postdocs is two years with possibilities for extension.
Payment and benefits are based on the German public service pay scale (TVöD Bund) guidelines.
